The renovation project covers an area of 3.000m2 which has been defined and designed to create a new leisure area for the citizens.
Due to the original plaza was built over an existing garages, it had several load capacity and waterproofing problems which have been taken into account during the development of this project. A new prefabricated concrete structure has been the solution designed in order to solve the problems of load capacity and waterproofing issues.
The new public space created is accesible and it is integrated with the rest of the urban planning. It provides new gardens, playground and covered multifuntional area.
