The Designed urbanization responds to the physical constraints of the orography and content program developed by Kutxa Ekogunea for the creation of a demonstration farm of native spices.
The complex will fulfill the integrative function via network connection paths, ways and shortcuts that will allow users to make pedestrian routes between:
- Buildings to keep animals
- The interpretation points of the contents of the demonstration farm
- The enclosures for animals.
The roads and paths have developed guidelines and taking into account sustainable criteria, respecting the existing environment. The paths run along the ground, minimizing the conditions of existing vegetation and saving native trees.
The project-included sanitation works infrastructure, drainage, water supply, electricity, lighting and channel management proposed suitable for telecommunications; as well as fences and gates outdoor areas for animals.
