The Port Authority of Pasaia is interested in analyzing different typology of sanitary systems in order to improve the water quality of the Bay of Pasaia.
The study analyzes the usual water quality problems that the main seaports are facing today, and it describes different sanitary systems used in main ports and particularly in those in which the Environmental Management Plans exist.
The specific needs of the Port of Pasaia are also analyzed, including different designs and solutions in order to improve the sewage system of its buildings and the stormwater system of the storage docks and platforms.
