The project defines the renovation and expansion of a existing washer factory.
The existing factory is increased with a new building (10.000m2 and 16m high) where a robotized storage system will be installed. The current deck and its structure will be also replaced and a new enclosure has been designed.
The new industrial unit provides a direct road access from the upper road.
